Two minute gesture
The end of July marked the end of my ‘draw-cation’. Now that I’m back to animating full time, I intend to integrate more life drawing into my routine. It’s not enough to just fight off getting rusty - I want to keep improving.
Late Tuesday night, I joined the Backfence Society for a drawing session featuring dancer Leigh Kidwell. I had the pleasure of drawing Leigh earlier this year, and was impressed how her posing extends down to her tip toes.
All drawings are chocolate Derwent drawing pencil on newsprint.
